Fun & The Sun

After Ryan's long shutdown, he had to get away. So we went to Edmonton! We made a list of all the things we wanted to get and got packed up. We had a fun time together just the four of us. Good quality family time! We sure needed it! You can go to Fantasy Land and play on whatever you want for only 20bucks! $10/child play or ride on what they can go on. The girls had a blast. This is them in the huge play pit. Aubrey loved to play in these balls.

Silly Daddy!

We finally had a sunny day! A good friend called and invited us to the beach. Less then an hour later we were there and ready for a fun day. I have decided that this will be a beach summer. I'll try to make it there often for it's walking distance away from our house. I have no excuses!

Gymnastics

Erica enjoyed her Gymnastics class! She has come a long way! And would like to continue in the fall. I also have volunteered and am on the gymnastics board. (Just something for myself!)

Erica is 4

Erica had a little birthday party last Saturday. She has talked about this little party forever and has been waiting for it since we had a little something for Aubrey. We had 6 kids around for a few hours. Played many games(of her request) and had much laughter. Hope all her wished came true on that special day. We did have a family dinner on the real Birthday. Just a few pics to share.

To Quite!

Aubrey was to quite and I found her sitting in a nest of toilet paper.

By the time I found the camera she was like this.

Aubrey has found a love for the garbage can. Everything goes inside!

What have we found in the garbage? Magnet letters, wipe tub, remote,

phone, cups, dvd and case, plates, bottles, and the best part my visa card.

(She is just hiding it so I don't spend on it) I check often.

Fun Times!

What have we been up too! We had a fun Easter time. Ryan had to work most of the weekend so the Easter bunny came to our house on Monday. "This is soo much fun!" is what we heard the whole time! Gymnastics are coming to an end. Erica has enjoyed her time and she is doing really well. This is a picture of her on Crazy hair day.(more pics to come)

The weather has been so nice, we have spent our time outside. Bubbles and sidewalk chalk have been a big hit!

Just for Grandma

We just said our Good- bye's to Ryan's parents. They just left for there mission to Africa. So Just for Grandma and Grandpa I'll try to be more diligent in blogging. We were enjoying our green grass and riding our new bikes, but this last week has been miserable and snowing! Are we going to have a summer this year? Ryan is convinced that our summer/spring is never going to come. He is writing an exam this week and I'm going to plan play dates so that Ryan has some quality quite time.

Our sweet baby girl turned one last Friday. The time has gone by and I'm a little sad that my baby is growing so fast. I love this age! All the new developments that babies go through just amaze me. So here is a little about Aubrey

- She loves to Climb everything and anything.

- Loves to sing and dance whenever any kind of music comes on.

- She is a mama girls.

- Loves Erica and wants to do everything like her.

-Just started walking

-Has 5 teeth and # 6 is on the way

First thing that morning Ryan went in to get her. She was so excited to see her daddy because he just got off of a shift. He sang her HAPPY BIRTHDAY and she just kicked and smiled. That is what she did all day whenever we sang to her got a huge Smile! Had aunties and cousin over for dinner.

We were in Edmonton a few weeks ago picking up Grandpa from the airport. As we were getting settled in our hotel room Aubrey climbed up on the luggage rack. She was happy until Grandpa moved it. Oh my, you could hear her scream of pure joy from the elevator down the hall.

Putting away dishes one morning, and this is what she did when my back was turned.

I had to just laugh and take some pictures.

We are sure happy we have this little one in our family. Aubrey we love ya!
